VRF and Reporting

Hi PCVs - We are sending out the Volunteer Reporting Forms this week and want to make sure you all have access to three things:

  • The document explaining how to fill it out;
  • The Java file required to open it on your computer and to fill it out;
  • VRF and HIV Reporting guidelines.

If you have any questions about the reporting form or about the process, or even about what is reportable, please don't hesitate to ask! Your APCD, Henry or me.
