Staying Healthy in Tanzania
It can be hard to get up the motivation to keep yourself healthy at site when you are struggling with getting and cooking enough food, finding time to exercise when its both light and not incredibly hot, and finding a place where you will not be mocked or followed around. When you add to that the difficulty many people have motivating themselves to spend time exercising anyways, and the lack of conventional gym equipment the prospect of actually staying fit can be daunting. But the rewards are many, as improved health leads to improved mental skills as well as an improved attitude. As such, volunteers have compiled a small book on the subject of fitness within the context of Tanzania. Karibu.
